The Ultimate Epicurean Package includes access to the five culinary events of the Amelia Island cookout weekend outlined below:

Perfect Pairings: The art of pairing food and wines is demonstrated to an intimate group. Chef Okan and a guest sommelier share insight on the wine characteristics, grapes and pairing with the flavor of the dishes. Generous wine pours and delicious bites abound as long-lived wine myths are debunked, and your appreciation of pairing wines expands. Friday, October 18 | 2 p.m. | Salon Foyer

Latin-Inspired al fresco Dinner and Cocktails: Savor impeccable Latin cuisine with paired cocktails and al fresco dining with ocean views. Acclaimed Chefs collaborate to lead an exploration of New World flavors from Latin America. They’re joined by a master mixologist who will be serving up cocktails inspired by their flavorful menu. Friday, October 18 | Coquina | Dinner at 6:30 – 9 p.m.

Chefs Theater: Salt restaurant Chef Okan Kizilbayir refreshes the traditional cooking school format with an intimate gathering around the demonstration table to learn how to prepare two themed entrees and a dessert. Each dish is paired with wines to be savored while engaging with Okan and guest chefs. Saturday, October 19 | 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Salt restaurant

Amelia Island Cookout: Meet and mingle with extraordinary chefs as they take their best work out of the kitchen and bring it outdoors for a cookout. With an unforgettable backdrop of dunes and ocean, enjoy sizzling seafood and grilled and slow-roasted meats and other creations from island and national chefs along with abundant wine and cocktails, desserts and entertainment. Master Chefs Dinner: Salt Restaurant provides the perfect setting for the finale event of the weekend, The Master Chefs Dinner. The five-course collaboration dinner prepared by the Master Chefs reflects each chef’s style, personal specialties and varied ingredients resulting in intoxicating flavors.
